Cancellation & Order Modification Policy

At Rose Collections, order processing begins immediately after purchase. Please review the following policy carefully before completing your order.

Order Cancellations

• All sales are final once an order is placed.

• Orders cannot be canceled after checkout under any circumstances.

Order Modifications

• Customers have up to 2 hours after placing their order to request:

  • A size change (subject to availability)

  • A shipping speed upgrade only

• Shipping speed downgrades are not permitted.

• All modification requests must be submitted within the 2-hour window by emailing sales@shaniarose.com.

Shipping Address Changes

• Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed.

• Minor corrections are permitted only if the original address was entered incorrectly, such as:

  • Correcting a letter or number

  • Fixing a minor typo

• Completely changing the shipping address is not permitted, including changes to a different street, city, or state.

Final Notice

• Once an order enters processing or has shipped, no changes of any kind can be made.

• By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and modification policy.
