Prom Deposit and Consultation (PROM 2026)

✨ Prom Dress Consultations – Book Now 2026 ✨

Prom season can be hectic, but we’re here to make the process seamless and unforgettable. We are now accepting prom consultations to help bring your dream gown to life. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your vision in detail — from silhouette and fabric selection to embellishments, detailing, and every custom touch needed to create the perfect luxury gown.

📅 Important Booking Details

• Consultations must be booked 6–8 months before your prom date to avoid rush fees.
• Bookings made within 5 months of your prom date will automatically be considered a rush order, and a rush fee will be applied to the final cost.
• If you choose to move forward with your custom gown, a 50% deposit is due at the end of your consultation. The remaining balance will be due 8 weeks before your event date.
• Gowns start at $1,000.
• Early Bird Special: Book your consultation before January 1st, 2025, and your $150 consultation fee will be deducted from your dress total. After this date, consultation fees will no longer be credited toward your gown.

• Refer 1 friend: 25% OFF your gown + a pair of signature heels + a crystal knot bag.
• Refer 2 friends: 50% OFF your gown.
• Refer 3 friends: Free gown (up to $2,000 value).
• Refer 4 friends: Free gown (up to $2,500 value) + hair & makeup provided by our glam partners (valued at $500).

💬 If you successfully refer 2 friends, your balance will be adjusted to reflect the promotional offer. If you’ve already paid in full and refer 3–4 friends, you will be refunded up to the promotional value once their deposits are secured.

All referrals must book and pay deposits in full to qualify. One referral package per client. Offer is subject to availability and may end without notice.

⚠️ Additional Legal & Policy Disclaimers

• All consultation fees and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Promotional offers have no cash value and cannot be combined with other discounts.
• Free gown promotions are capped at $2,000 for 3 referrals and $2,500 for 4 referrals. Any remaining balance above the promotional amount will be the client’s responsibility.
• Hair and makeup services included in the top-tier referral package are provided exclusively by approved partners. No cash substitutions will be given.
• Pricing, policies, and promotional terms are subject to change without prior notice.
• Rose Collections, LLC reserves the right to refuse service or modify promotions at any time.
• Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the consultation.
• All production timelines are based on the date the deposit is received, not the consultation date.
