At Rose Collections, LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality fashion pieces and a seamless shopping experience. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.


ALL SALES FINAL

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment under any circumstances.

  • Returns, store credit, or exchanges are not guaranteed and are only considered if approved after review, as outlined below.


ELIGIBLE ISSUES (LIMITED EXCEPTIONS)

Requests for store credit or exchange only may be considered at our sole discretion in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged

  • An item is missing from your order

No other situations will be reviewed.


72-HOUR CLAIM WINDOW

  • All issues must be reported to sales@shaniarose.com within 72 hours of delivery confirmation.

  • Claims submitted after 72 hours will not be eligible for review.

  • Photo evidence, packaging images, and carrier confirmation may be required.

  • Failure to provide requested documentation may result in claim denial.


STORE CREDIT & EXCHANGE TERMS (IF APPROVED)

  • Refunds are not issued.

  • If approved, resolution will be provided as:

    • Store credit, or

    • Exchange for the same or comparable item, subject to availability

  • Store credit:

    • Has no cash value

    • Is non-transferable

    • Cannot be redeemed for cash

    • Does not cover shipping fees unless explicitly stated

  • Any approved exchange or replacement is subject to item availability.


NON-ELIGIBLE SITUATIONS (NO EXCEPTIONS)

We do not offer store credit or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

  • Packages marked “Delivered” but reported as lost or stolen

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or third-party issues

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Color or appearance differences due to lighting or screen settings

  • Failure to review product descriptions or store policies before purchase


SHIPPING & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.

  • Rose Collections, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after delivery confirmation.

  • Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.


ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

  • Customers have up to 2 hours after purchase to request:

    • A size change (subject to availability)

    • A shipping speed upgrade only

  • Shipping downgrades and full address changes are not permitted.


CHARGEBACKS, DISPUTES & PAYMENT RECOVERY

  • By placing an order, you agree to contact us first at sales@shaniarose.com before filing any chargeback or payment dispute.

  • Chargebacks filed for orders that were successfully delivered, processed according to our policies, or not reported within the required timeframe may be considered fraudulent.

  • We reserve the right to submit all supporting documentation, including tracking confirmation, delivery confirmation, IP address, order history, and communications, to payment processors and financial institutions.

  • In cases of wrongful or fraudulent chargebacks, Rose Collections, LLC reserves the right to pursue payment recovery, including:

    • Collections efforts

    • Civil remedies

    • Legal action to recover the disputed amount, fees, and associated costs where permitted by law

  • Customers who abuse the dispute process may be permanently banned from future purchases.


FINAL SALE ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand no refunds are issued

  • Any resolution is limited to store credit or exchange only if approved

  • You agree to this policy, our Terms of Service, and all related store policies
