Birthday Consultation

Your birthday only comes once a year, why not celebrate it in a Rose Collections custom! This service is to discuss your general ideas to come up with the perfect custom design. We will go over designs, fabric choice, detailing, and all the important factors of your garment. The price will be finalized during the consultation. If you decide to proceed with the service, half deposit is then paid at the end of the consultation (so please book accordingly). The remainder is paid once the garment is completed. We will also go over the contract and then you will get your measurements taken. (This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and its not a part of the garment cost). IF YOUR UNDER 18 YOUR GUARDIAN WILL HAVE TO ACCOMMODATE YOU! Our time zone is EST! Please keep in mind of the time differences when booking.
